Health Coach Erica Ballard and Swathi will be teaching this great class on how to cook and eat healthy for young adults.
Eating well and preparing your own food can be a challenge when you are busy with classes, sports, extra curriculars and living on your own for the first time. This class will focus on how to eat healthy and boost brain function in the busy college student life.
Cost: $30 (The class will prepare and sample some healthy recipes)
